Stéphane Blivet
I have more than 25 years of professional experience in different companies and international groups (Atos, IBM, Alcatel-Lucent), in the Information Technologies and Telecoms. I started to work as an engineer, then continue as project manager, and finally ended as manager of a pre-sales team. I worked in a multicultural environment, supporting our customers in their transformation.
During my career, I have seen many evolutions: creation or modification of teams, mergers and acquisitions…. Some were chosen, often forced. I have been able to measure the positive and negative impacts, thanks to the different positions I had: employee, actor, manager, initiator…
Early 2013, I started a training on individual development – Emotional Intelligence, overall individual development and exploration of consciousness (Jungian approach) with Doctor Catherine Henry-Plessier (3-year course). It allowed me to work on my own identity, to (re)build my values, and to define and distinguish what is essential from what is important.
I then wondered how I could bring all this work in the companies where I saw many demobilized people, in which there was a loss of values and sense, especially during reorganizations. I started training as a professional coach at TransformancePro (Coach & Team) in individual coaching, team building and organizational development. This training is led by Vincent Lenhardt (the founder and creator of the first French training in coaching in 1988) and Belkacem Ammiar.
Then, I was trained to the Human Element from Will Schutz, the goal of this method is to help everyone to increase their self-awareness, self-esteem, self-acceptance, and through this to fully achieve their human potential, individually and as a member of a group.
In Décembre 2018, I have started a new training ‘Coaching of leader and organization’ with Koan Coaching, led by Belkacem Ammiar. This will strengthen my abilities to support companies in their transformation.
